I have a confidential and proprietary project. Can Kismet sign a NDA?
We can offer a 2-way MNDA (Mutual) to any client request since we're in the business of many sensitive projects.
I haven't taken any intellectual property (IP) measures to protect my idea. What should I do?
As always, please seek advise from an IP lawyer, and based on your jurisdiction, laws will differ. We have global IP attorneys of our own that after budget has been secured, we can help introduce you to them to address all of your IP concerns.
After the project finishes, what happens next?
After your project is completed, you'll have all of the work, documentation, files, know-how's, etc. transferred fully back to you. Unless Kismet XYZ is retained further for maintenance, upgrades, or new projects, Kismet XYZ Labs will not being continuing the project.
I have my own team but I want to extend our expertise with Kismet. Is this possible?
Yes, we can aid into existing teams. This is actually always recommended to provide more diverse approaches to a singular focus. We strongly advise though to divide team members with clear objective goals and we'll accommodate where best fit.
I don't fit the required minimum budget. What options do I have?
If you're under budget, we can be on standby while your organization applies for grants or other funding sources. For smaller design or advisory roles, we can accommodate at a smaller budget size that is on a retainer-base only.
